The unit is equipped with soybean rough mill, fine mill slag separator, boiling tank, integrated in a frame, the rough mill is a steel mill, the fine mill slag separator is a grinding wheel and vertical centrifugal basket. Each pulping capacity 10-30 liters model pulping tank equipped with electric heating, each pulping capacity 30-100 liters model can be equipped with steam generator (micro steam boiler).
Before soybean production, it can be manually cleaned and directly fed for pulping production, without soaking soybeans in advance, which is convenient and fast for application. Pulp can be made 3-4 times per hour.
This machine is suitable for making pulp in catering and small soybean milk factories.

For smaller models with a pulping capacity of 10 to 30 liters, the tank is equipped with an electric heating system that maintains the ideal temperature for processing. For larger models ranging from 30 to 100 liters, a steam generator or micro steam boiler can be added to enhance heating efficiency and achieve faster boiling results. This design allows users to select the right model according to their production scale and heating preferences.
