Harbin Modern Dairy Machinery Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise specializing in the production of soy milk and soy milk powder complete equipment. The predecessor of Harbin Modern Dairy Machinery Co., Ltd. is Harbin Kelian Catering Equipment Processing Factory, which changed its name in 2005. After years of unremitting efforts, we have been making innovations constantly by introducing advanced processing technologies at home and abroad, providing superior products and services for customers.
The "semi-wet non-fishy soy milk (powder) complete equipment" developed by us was rated as a national new product, included in the 1993 Starfire Plan of the National Science and Technology Commission, and won multiple awards, including the Science and Technology Progress Awards of Harbin City and Heilongjiang Province

The "soybean enzyme deactivation softener", "sterilization deodorization machine", and "soybean peeling machine" developed and made by us have successfully obtained national patents, with the patent number being "ZL. 2015 2 1004744.7", "201220390580.6" and "201320223568.0" respectively. Besides, to make the production process more reasonable and energy-saving, we have made continuous efforts to optimize the entire production process.

We provide a wide range of products that could meet the requirements of large and medium-sized soymilk factories, soybean flour factories (with a capacity of 1000L/h or more), and small soybean milk stores (with a capacity of 200L/h), including semi-dry and wet non-fishy soy milk (soybean milk) production, semi-dry and wet non-fishy soy milk (soybean milk) powder production line, soybean peeling production line, stainless steel rough grinding machine, deactivation and softening machine, continuous pulp boiling and deodorization machine, sterilization and deodorization machine, small commercial soy milk machine, continuous soybean soaking machine, etc.

Process characteristics of semi dry wet soy milk
1. The soybeans are cleaned, dried, and then peeled to weaken the state of bitterness and remove the pollutants and bacteria on the soybean skin.
2. The soybeans are baked with hot air to strengthen their flavor.
3. It is no longer necessary to soak the soybeans. Instead, soybeans can be ground directly after being peeled, deactivated and softened. The hot scalding method is applied in combination with the hot grinding method is weaken the fishy smell. During this process, no wastewater is discharged, which could help protect the environment and reduce the cost of wastewater treatment.
4. Impact grind plate is used to crush soybeans and make soybean milk, which is more conducive to protein dissolution and could create a better taste.
5. The Sterilization and deodorization process adopts a high-temperature short-time sterilizing mode, which could effectively kill the thermophilic bacterium to which soybeans are most susceptible. The vacuum flashing method is applied to remove the fishy taste of soybeans while retaining the freshness of soy milk, which could realize a better flavor. Meanwhile, the state of soy milk can be improved by adjusting the sterilization temperature and temperature holding time.
6. The entire production line could realize continuous production by keeping all materials inside the pipeline, which could reduce secondary pollution during the production process.
