Product introduction
Deactivation softening unit: This unit is divided into three parts, deactivation system, alkaline water system, and hot water system. The deactivation system adopts stainless steel bearings, and the two ends of the deactivation cylinder adopt quick-opening (clamps) for easy cleaning and disinfection. The alkaline water system consists of two stirred low-level tanks and a high-level balance tank. The two low-level tanks alternately mix alkali to ensure both the continuity of production and the stability of alkaline water concentration. The high-level balance tank ensures the stability of alkali water flow., there is no need to use a metering pump, reducing the frequency and difficulty of pump maintenance. The hot water system uses wound tube heat exchangers for heating to avoid leakage problems in plate heat exchangers, avoid replacing a large number of sealing rubber gaskets, and ensure continuous supply of hot water. The alkaline water system and hot water system are equipped with flow meters.
