Pulping section main equipment features:
1. More accurate measurement: our company's quantitative feeder has designed a separate feeder, which can obtain the feed amount required by the production process by changing the transmission speed. With the flow meter in the deactivated softening unit, it is easy to adjust the ratio of soybean and water and soybean and alkali water.
2. Deactivation softening unit: The unit is divided into three parts, deactivation system, alkali water system, hot water system. The deactivation system adopts stainless steel bearing, and the two end caps of the deactivation cylinder adopt quick-opening type (clamp), which is easy to clean and disinfect. The alkaline water system is composed of two stirred low tanks and a high balance tank, the two low tanks alternately mix alkali, both to ensure the continuity of production and ensure the stability of the alkali concentration, the high balance tank to ensure the stability of the lye flow, without the use of metering pumps, reducing the frequency and difficulty of pump maintenance. The alkali water system and hot water system are equipped with flowmeters.
3. Stainless steel rough grinding machine: the contact material part of the equipment is made of stainless steel, and the bearing seat of the transmission part adopts the overall structure form, which can ensure the coaxial degree of the two bearing fulcrum of the transmission shaft, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the equipment, and has the characteristics of long service life and low maintenance rate, and the maintenance and replacement of wearing parts are convenient and quick. 4. Fine mill: fine mill can be selected in two forms
(1) The fine grinding of the material is carried out by the fine grinding machine, which uses the high-speed rotation of the pendulum to fine grind the material. The grout size is slightly coarser than the colloid mill, but it is conducive to the separation of pulp and slag, and it is a professional grinding equipment for the production of soybean milk and soybean milk. Easy to operate and maintain.
(2) Self-pumping refiner, the advantages are smooth operation, low noise, low failure rate. The disadvantage is that two or three stages of fine grinding are needed to achieve the desired effect.
5. The user can use the sedimentation horizontal centrifuge, the advantages of the slag separator is better than the vertical slag separation effect, good production continuity, and large processing capacity.
6. Sterilization and deodorization unit (Patent number: ZL201220390580.6) :
a. The sterilizer in the unit adopts the principle and structure of the protein separator sterilizer, and the steam and materials are mixed in the pipeline, which is safe and reliable.
b. The unit produced by our company has added a static mixer to make the steam and material mix more evenly.
c. The steam is filtered by titanium alloy filter to ensure the purity of the steam.
d. The feed pump adopts a positive displacement pump that can adjust the flow, which can adjust the flow according to the production needs.
e. The secondary steam from flash evaporation is used to preheat the material, saving energy.
7. Heat exchanger:
Adopt two-stage or three-stage, the first stage sterilization and deodorization unit discharge and grinding water heat exchange, save steam consumption, save cooling water consumption, save energy consumption.
