Product introduction
Pump-type fine mill is a high-efficiency grinding equipment used for soybean pulping. It is widely used in the food processing industry, especially in the production of soybean products such as soy milk and tofu. The equipment conveys the material to the grinding chamber through a pumping system, using the shearing and grinding action between the high-speed rotating rotor and stator to grind soybeans into a fine slurry.
 

Working principle
The crushed soybeans are transported to the grinding chamber of the fine mill by a rotor pump. The material is subjected to strong shearing and grinding between the high-speed rotating rotor and stator, and is ground into a fine slurry. The ground slurry is filtered through a screen to remove unground coarse particles to ensure that the slurry is fine. The system can be controlled by PLC to achieve two-way control of water and bean flow to ensure accurate soy milk concentration.
