Soybean peeling crusher is a kind of equipment specially used for soybean pretreatment and is widely used in food processing, oil extraction and other industries. The equipment can efficiently remove soybean shells and break them into small particles suitable for subsequent processing, significantly improving production efficiency and product quality.
 

Working principle
The peeling and crusher adopts fluidized bed drying or jet drying, with the hot air temperature of about 120℃ and the soybean discharge temperature of about 88℃. The dried soybeans enter the crusher and are crushed by moving and stationary toothed discs to split the soybeans along the cracks to form 6-8 petals. During the crushing process, the relative rotational speeds of the fast roller and the slow roller are different, resulting in shearing and extrusion effects.
